Creating Healthy Habits
Half a head of cauliflower
4 medium carrots
3 green onions (the white parts)
himalayan sea salt, to taste
teaspoon chili powder
teaspoon ground mustard seeds
teaspoon ground cumin
tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon asfoedita (get at an Indian grocery store)
about a 1/3rd bunch of cilantro
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Pulse the cauliflower, beet and carrots in a food processor until rice-like. Mix vegetables in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!
