YieldA bakers dozen
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup buckwheat (soaked, dehydrated)
1 cup raw oats (ground)
Approximately ½ cup maple syrup
1. Grind the buckwheat and oats lightly in the food processor.
2. Mix it all up by hand and make balls flattened into cookies.
3. Dehydrate them for about 4 hours. I left one in for the day. It was crumbly when I bit into it but real peanuty! Yum.

I got my heirloom peanuts the other day, and wanted to practice with making my own nut butters.
