FILLING

1. Slice up 4 peaches in a bowl.

SAUCE

2. Blend two peaches, coconut meat, sea salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, olive oil, dates, and honey.

CRUST

3. Grind up almonds with salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

4. Add honey, olive oil, and dates. Blend again. P

5. Pour into bowl and kneed with hands. Form into crust on pie plate

6. Stir the sauce and the filling together and pour onto crust.
