YieldServes 1-4 (Depending on your appetite)
1 jicama (sliced very thinly)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 tomatillo or another tomato (chopped)
1 green onion (sliced thin)
1 clove garlic (mashed)
1 avocado (mashed with a fork)
1 small lime (squeezed)
1 chili pepper (chopped)
¼ bunch of cilantro (chopped)
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 mango (sliced)
1. Slice your jicama as thinly as you can so it can be folded.
2. Mix the other ingredients, except the mango, completely.
3. Serve the guacamole inside the jicama and top with the mango.
