1 cup soaked pistachios
2 frozen bananas
3 soaked dates
Soak the pistachios for about 4 hrs and dates for about 5 hrs or until they begin to fall apart in the water.
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, if ya want it chunky. Use the soak water from the dates to thin it out if you want.
If you can't finish it all ( I doubt that!), then put it back in the fridge.
