2 large magoes, chopped
2 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 teaspoon onion puree
1 med. beet
Recipe Directions
Spiralize or shred beet into long, thin noodles and place in a large bowl. Place the remaining ingredients in the bowl and mix well. Serve chilled or at room temp.

mango and coconut are heavenly together- sounds deliciouus!!! Just watched a movie about the Ann Wigmore Institute, feeling very inspired, even in cold Alaska!!!
