Recipe Directions

1. Process 2 cups of the corn and 2 cups sunflower seeds until smooth and set aside.
2. Process the remaining 1 cup of corn until it’s chunky with bits and looks a bit like creamed corn. Add to the sunflower/corn mix.
3. Add the remaining ingredients (Salt, Lemon juice, Olive Oil, Marjoram & Flax Seeds) to the sunflower/corn mix and stir together.
4. Add to Teflex lined trays and dehydrate at 115 degrees for 24 hours. Flip and score the crackers halfway through.
This makes 3 trays of thickish crackers for me. This might also be good broken up into tiny bits as “croutons” on a salad as well.

These are truly very good! I used to make "Rawritos" (Raw Doritos) that are -somewhat-similar in ingredients to these (i.e. sunflower seeds, corn). Anyway, my children never really enjoyed them, just myself and my husband. Now, with these, we all enjoy them. Glad to have found this recipe! Thanks a bunch!

This sounds really good and I am getting a dehydrator soon. This will be one of my first tries with it. I really miss tacos after being raw 4 months. Lost 30 pounds though so I guess it is all good.

Sounds nice! Maybe I would add some cayanne as well
