YieldMakes about 2 cups, it depends on the size & number of tomatoes you use.
2 or 3 tomatoes (coarsely chopped)
2 tablespoons sunflower oil (adjust to your preference)
¾ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
1. Put tomatoes and sunflower oil in the blender. Blend until creamy.
2. Add salt to taste, if you want.
3. Enjoy on a salad or on my Celery Lettuce Wraps.

My mom loves this dressing! I thought of it for her, but I like it, too, and I usually don’t like raw dressings.
My mom thinks this dressing might even be good just with a bowl of mixed sprouts.
