1. Put tomatoes and sunflower oil in the blender. Blend until creamy.

2. Add salt to taste, if you want.

3. Enjoy on a salad or on my celery lettuce wraps.

Superman's Thoughts

By Superman

My mom loves this dressing! I thought of it for her, but I like it, too, and I usually don’t like raw dressings.

My mom thinks this dressing might even be good just with a bowl of mixed sprouts.

WOW, this looks really good. I get tired of dressings with vinegar, so I'm glad it has the tartness from pure tomatoes. Good job!

mmm thanks for the idea. I put some on my kelp noodles with lentil sprouts as a sauce, and loved it so much I ate the rest as a soup. this really satisfies for a tomato soup craving.

i used flax oil and it worked fine.

It is great! I did it with olive oil, and put on my salad and sunflower falafels. I think I will take this as a soup with some pepper and basil. Tahnks Superman!!! easy and very helpfull for a new raw foodist as me!

Yeah, to think of all the time I spent trying to figure out a good French dressing, & my son does it perfectly the first time. It may not be exact, but it is so good & SIMPLE! I ate a bowl of it with a handful of lentil sprouts & cayenne for a simple, yummy soup for dinner. Thanks for the recipe!
