1 head swiss chard
1 red cruchy apple
1 cup dried sweet cherries
2 tablespoon sesame seeds, soaked
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pinch salt
4 spring onions
Tear chard into a large bowl and rub salt into it. Squeeze in lemons, apple cider vinegar, salt, garlic, sesame seeds, and chopped cherries. Press chard with hands or fork to help it wilt and soak up the juices. Let it soak for about 20 min, then add half an avocado (smush in) and chopped apple and mix well, so that its creamily distributed. enjoy!

A tasty way to use chard! It needs to marinate for about 20 min in order to lose the abrasive-chard taste and take on the sweet-tangy taste. Really delicious! Lots of Vitamin C, A, K and Iron!
