YieldServes 4 or enough for a cake
1 cup Thai young Coconut Meat
1 cup macadamia nuts, soaked
1 cup Spring or filtered water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 vanilla bean, sliced
1 dash celtic sea salt
3/4 cup raw agave or honey
Blend all the ingredients in a high – speed blender until smooth. Place in a bowl and put the vanilla bean in the mixture then chill for two hour or until you can’t stand it anymore. Enjoy.

Rich Creamy and so much like Vanilla Pudding you’ll be amazed. Totally cured my craving for it. Take out the vanilla pods and put aside if your going to make a new dessert right away using them. Other wise toss. This can also can be made into variations like slightly thicker for vanilla icing, just use less water. Soooooooooooo good.
