3 ripe organic bananas (a few brown spots on the skin is best)
3 tablespoons organic cold pressed olive oil
Pinch of cayenne
Pinch of salt
Recipe Directions
1. Cut bananas about 1/4-1/2 inch thick.
2. Drizzle with oil. Add spices and mix well.
