Ingredients
3 ounces raw walnuts (halved)
9 dates (pitted)
Dash of cinnamon or to taste
2 teaspoons raw honey or agave nectar
1 ripe banana
Recipe Directions
1. Place walnuts in the food processor and grind into a powder.
2. Add dates and cinnamon and grind until well mixed.
3. Add honey/agave nectar and banana and process until the consistency is pudding-like. Eat immediately. Enjoy!

I came up with this because I wanted something quick and filling to eat, while my two month old was napping.
It tastes like the banana pudding my grandmother used to make for me when I was a little girl.

Very good! I don't usually like the texture of bananas, but the nuts balanced the mushier texture quite well.

Very yummy! Way to sweet for me this time, I used two bananas and only 4 dates. I'll definitely make a version of this again though!
