Yield
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas (cut up)
Cinnamon (optional)
Vanilla extract (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Simply place bananas in batches into your food processor and mix. You might have to do this a couple times, depending on the size of your food processor. Also, be sure to scrape down the sides every once in a while to make sure that it becomes creamy. If you like, you can mix in some vanilla extract, or sprinkle with cinnamon.
2. Serve immediately or within a few minutes if you like it more melty.

Banana Soft Serve
this is one staple for me; although, since getting a vitamix, i prefer that over the food processor--i think the texture is actually even more smooth and soft-serve-like. you can add almost anything to this, frozen fruits, spices, extracts, carob, herbs, nuts. so delicious all the time!

yum. I just made this with two frozen bananas, a little vanilla, and once it was creamy, I pulsed some frozen cherries into it. yummy!
