3 bananas (frozen)
10 strawberries (frozen)
Recipe Directions
1. Put all of the ingredients into a champion juicer and turn it on.
2. Let all the stuff go through it and put it in a bowl. Eat.

Yummo...that sounds so good, wish I had a champion juicer, for now I am making do with a hand held blender. One day soon :)

yum, this is delicious...i'm eatting it right now. I added in a tablespoon of agave and about 6 whole grapes after I had juiced my fozen fruit.

I have a Green Star but it's a bit of a hassle to get out. I've done this in a plain old food processor with very similar results, just don't freeze the strawberries.
