I just made this amazing dressing and had to share it with all of you The best raw recipe i have ever made

Ingredients

2 Tbs olive oil

juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

2 Tbs agave

pinch of chili powder

sea salt to taste

Recipe Directions

GRIND sunflower seeds in a coffee grinder

ADD all ingredients in a bowl

TADA the best salad dressing ever and OMG i love it

Delicious, although I made it without the salt. Having a silly aversion to weighing and measuring, my second one was much too thick, but it was still delicious as a sort of crunchy accompaniment and spread.

On my list to try. :)

Fred Myers was having a huge sale on greens of all types a couple days ago - guess due to the flooding in California - and I picked up eight bags of all sorts. Go figure I thought I could eat them all right?

And you know....come to think of it. These ingredients kinda look like my favorite recipie...its a jicama salad. Gosh. Don't eat three medium jicama in a day. Bad deal. :(
