Ingredients

Handful sesame seeds

Handful milk thistle seeds

3-4 cups dandelion and yellow dock tea (warm not hot)

Blend and strain to make a milk

1 heaping tbls or more of raw honey

1 heaping tbls of non GMO brown rice protein (I like Nutribiotic)

1/2 to 1 cup of frozen blueberries

Blend, drink, and enjoy!]

Dont blame me if you go to the bathroom in a hurry :)
