2 medium carrots
5 tablespoons homemade peanut butter
3 tablespoons raw honey
1. Wash the carrots and dice into multiple pieces. Process them in the food processor.
2. Then add 4 to 5 tablespoons of homemade peanut butter and continue processing. The mixture will shortly thereafter form into a ball, swirling around the inside of the processor. This means it's pretty much done.
3. Sculpt into whatever size bars you wish to have and enjoy one of nature's candies!

I whipped this up early this morning when I awoke with a serious craving for something of a dessert nature.
These bars are nicely chewy and totally satisfying for the tummy. You'll feel good and energized after a few small bars.
You might want to experiment with the consistency of the mix while processing. I just sort of spooned out some peanut butter and didn't really do any exact measuring.
