This is a variation of a raw chocolate pudding recipe I found by Ani Phyo. It's delicious! I just tweaked a couple things and it turned out super satisfying. I only made it for one serving since I'm the only raw eater in my household, but you could easily double or triple the recipe, even if it's just for yourself!...

Ingredients

1 frozen banana (You can use regular banana if you don't have a frozen one, but it doesn't turn out with that yummy cold taste that pudding tends to have.)

1 avocado

1 to 2 tablespoons cacao powder

Healthy squeeze of agave syrup (to taste)

Recipe Directions

1. Throw the banana, avocado, cacao powder, and agave into a food processor (or blender).

2. Mix until smooth, and then enjoy!

I only made it for one serving since I'm the only raw eater in my household, but you could easily double or triple the recipe, even if it's just for yourself!

I just had some a minute ago and I'm already wishing that I had made myself more.

If using a regular banana instead of frozen, I recommend chilling the pudding for about an hour before eating.

I haven't tried changing the flavors yet, but I figure you could leave out the cacao powder and add vanilla bean instead for a vanilla pudding, or some use tahini and maple syrup for a more caramel tasting result.

Yeah. Absolutely delicious and something I craved for a week. Someone gave me a vanilla bean it was good to, but the baby love the chocolate. Oh, I forgot I used carob powder instead of cacao.
