Yield
It filled my 6 cup capacity blender carafe
Ingredients
1 Cumcumber
1 cup mint leaves, de-stemify
juice of 2 limes
½ avocado
2 kiwi
2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 cup filtered water, as needed, more or less
pinch cayenne pepper, optional
tablespoon ginger, chopped
Recipe Directions
Blend it all together until creamy.
Pour in your favorite glass and enjoy.
I like it room temperature, you might try it chilled.
About 38 grams of fat in this lovely drink, so REALLY ENJOY IT!!!
*I didn’t have my camera today so you get a photo of me standing by a tree in Ashland, Oregon, earlier this month :)
Ungrateful's Thoughts

I wanted something that wasn’t sweet.
This filled that need. Tangy, creamy and warming with lots of contrasting flavor.

This looks great, I like "de-stemify" :)
I'm with jah rawstafari, I don't mentally count the fat from avocados when I eat them. I figure I don't eat them everyday, and they are berries after all and must have some kind of unique fat doesn't behave like nut or seed fat (which is still good, but in moderation of course)...

if it makes anyone feel better - accoring to my cron-o-meter:
Half an avocado is only about 10 grams of fat and two tablesspoon of sunflower seeds is less than 12 grams (even less if you sprout them first)
So 22 grams of fat sounds a bit more doable to me:)
When it comes to avaocado - there's really no point in calorie counting anyway - just enjoy it!....just maybe not everyday;)

That sounds rockin' good to me... I don't love the sweet.
That is a huge amount of fat, LOL. I wish you hadn't told us that.
Oh well, I will try it anyway!
