as many as you like
Ingredients
1 onion (any color will do)
cloves of garlic (to your own taste)
1/2 bunch celery
1 bunch parsley
1 apple (for sweetness)
olive oil
Recipe Directions
Juice all ingredients and water down to taste. Add a touch of olive oil.
Add whatever you have in mind for your soup - and enjoy.

By ShazamBeing ill the past few days, I have grown tired of "smoothie soups" so I decided to try something....a broth!! Basically just juiced "stock" veggies I had available and watered down to taste. The possibilities are endless!
Today I used this base with a mass of spirilized carrots, chopped tomato and sprouted mung beans warmed to body temp over a double broiler...stupendous!!
