Ms. Sarah's Thoughts

I’m not sure if date sugar is raw, but an occasional little indulgence is okay.
Right?

Out of curiosity, do you freeze this or dehydrate it or something? Or do you just eat it right away? It sounds delicious.

I believe you can make date sugar on your own by grinding dates down.

I don't dehydrate it, because I don't have a dehydrator :), but I'm sure it would be great. Also, I don't soak the almonds before hand, it works just fine without.
