Ingredients
BATTER
¾ cup almonds
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
3 dates (chopped)
¼ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon light olive oil
TOPPING
1/8 cup date sugar
1 tablespoon light olive oil
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe Directions
BATTER
1. Process dry batter ingredients in food processor until finely ground.
2. Add rest of batter ingredients and blend till combined.
3. Press into a small glass dish.
TOPPING
4. Mix topping ingredients together.
5. Sprinkle on top of cake.

By Ms. Sarah I’m not sure if date sugar is raw, but an occasional little indulgence is okay.

I don't dehydrate it, because I don't have a dehydrator :), but I'm sure it would be great. Also, I don't soak the almonds before hand, it works just fine without.
