Ingredients

1/2 cup tahini

3 tablespoons water

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons tamari

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoons miso

3/4 teaspoon fresh ground chili paste

3 dates

1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

Creamy tahini-based dressing - thick enough for a slaw dressing, salad dressing, or even a dip! And, while it seems like most 'tahini' dressings, it's altered ratios and added ingredients are enough to make it my favorite yet!
