A Community Recipe by Crue
Delicious, juicy, sweet, and lightly spicy. I found the idea to sprinkle curry powder over tomato and mango on a French non-raw blog. Then I invented this recipe around this idea, adding a vinaigrette and fresh basil.

Crue, your photos of this recipe look so gorgeous...I'd like to add them to my website:

(Of course I always refer people back to this site for the recipes and never take credit as the creator). I hope that you don't mind. I'm trying to show people that being a raw foodist is not boring, but absolutely wonderful, and the food tastes great! People tend to think the opposite until they really learn of what it's all about ;-) Bye now...

*Beany* I live in West Central Georgia (USA). I found the link to Crue's personal website on her Profile. But, alas, the website is in French, and I only speak "Southern". There are 6 or 7 recipes posted there with absolutely gorgeous pictures. She's now posted 3 of them here on GoneRaw. *Crue* thanks so much for sharing with us here on GoneRaw. At the risk of sounding redundent, I think this one would also lend itself well to a smoothie.

Just made this last night - absolutely delish!! I used lime juice instead since I didn't have lemons or fresh oj, and it still came out fantastic! Thanks!

Only the first picture is from me, the second one was added after I posted the recipe... and it's much better than mine :)

emtpmom. Translate? Where do you live? Thanks for the recipe. I still have Caledulas in bloom, along with fresh tomatoes off the vine. Just have to pick up a mango.
