Ingredients
Bunch of kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey or agave
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Dried dill
Recipe Directions
1. Wash and de-vein the kale leaves, tearing each leaf into palm-size pieces.
2. Put the kale in a big bowl of salted (1 teaspoon or more) cold water.
3. Take the kale in your hands and squeeze it for about 30 seconds to bruise it. Drain water, but don’t rinse.
4 . Add the ingredients. You can even let it marinate for an hour or two, to let some of the flavors sink in.
5. Sprinkle generously with dried dill. Dehydrate until crispy.
Charis's Thoughts

I would’ve never dreamed these could taste so amazing.
They are supremely addicting! Plus, it’s a super way to greens into your diet.
I could eat 3-4 bunches of kale straight this way! This is also a great movie snack or to make with kids!
Believe me. You need to hide the dehydrator while it dries; otherwise, if you’re at all like me, at least half the trays will be completely gone.

How did you apply the agave and vinegar? I made these a while back and they were pretty good, but I think I left out the vinegar and now I totally forgot how I even applied the agave. The chips could have been a bit sweeter.
