1/2 cup soft dried prunes (chopped)
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1. In a food processor or blender, pulse the rolled oats, prunes, and cinnamon until the batter sticks together.
2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and incorporate nut butter by pressing in with a fork until evenly combined.
3. Form into balls and place on a plate.
4. Freeze for about 2 hours, then transfer to a container for freezer storage.

Frozen Prune Butter Spheres of Joy
I love these tiny little bites. I had some today when my usual 3 o'clock snack attack came along and found these very delicious. It satisfied my hunger until dinner. It was like eating frozen cookie dough. I know I'll be quadrupuling this receipe.
