Ingredients
2 cups quinoa (sprouted)
1 cup buckwheat (sprouted)
4 tablespoons cacao powder
4 tablespoons mesquite powder
2 tablespoons maca powder
4 tablespoons lucama powder
1 teaspoon spirulina
3 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons liquid sweetener (I used honey)
½ cup ground flax seeds (brown and gold)
½ cup goji berries
1 tablespoon nettle leaf (powdered)
½ teaspoon ginseng root (powdered)
Recipe Directions
1. Process all ingredients, except goji berries, until it is fully combined and resembling a paste.
2. Fold in goji berries.
3. Dehydrate at 100 F for 1 hour or more to stiffen, or just refrigerate.
