Nutritious and satisfying!

Recipe Directions

1. I bought a coffee grinder for grinding seeds (no coffee grinding in my house). So, I grind both the flax and sunflower seeds pour that into a mixing bowl mix well, add liquid aminos, cumin, onion powder, cayenne, garlic, and water, again mix well.

2. I let this mixture sit for 45 minutes to an hour.

3. Then spread onto dehydrator non-stick sheets scour to desired portion size, dehydrate at 100 degrees for 8 hours flip over, dehydrate for another 8 hours or less depending on desired consistency. YOU CAN use an oven on the lowest setting on a non-stick baking sheet about the same time maybe a little less (remember to set it to just barely on).

Note:

I have done many variations of this recipe all are quite good. Can be used with soups, dips, sandwiches, entrees, or even as a snack. Enjoy :0)

That sounds good! I'm want to make mine into a loaf, but I'm sure It'd take forever to dry. Did you spread yours out thin?
