Ingredients
2 cup pumpkin or winter squash , chopped
1 banana
2 sweet medium apples, chopped
½ white part of leek or red onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon honey or 4 dates
ginger root to taste
2 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
juice of 3 oranges
1 banana, cubed for garnish
cilantro orparsley, choped for garnish
Recipe Directions
Blend everything, except cubed banana and cilantro.
Mix in banana and sprinkle with cilantro or parsley.
If you want to make this soup hotter add some hot pepper.
