Sometimes I want something texturally different from the green smoothies I make, so I came up with the green chunkie! (and then laughed at the word "chunkie" for at least 30 minutes). You'll need a food processor, otherwise it will seem like a lot of food. Personally, I think chunkies should be the new smoothies....

Recipe Directions

It is pretty simple: put it all in the blender and pulse until it looks about the consistency of tabouli. Also, if you don't have a fresh lemon on hand, you can substitute it with apple cider vinegar... just note that if you do use the vinegar you may want to use a little olive oil as well.
