1 full pitcher 2-4 servings
Ingredients
4 cup water
1 cup carrot
2 stalks of celery
1/4 of an english cucumber
1 green apple
1 kiwi
2 cup spinach
2 leafs of kale
1 half lemon
spirilina(optional)
Recipe Directions
add water to high power blender. Add carrot, celery, cucumber, large chop. Peel apple and seed, you can leave it, just better texture without, peel kiwi and add both. add the remainder of the ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes.

By smidbrod When we got a vitamix finally, how did I ever live without one, I started adding kale to smoothies, then thought about a good green juice, this is a great green juice but still has the fiber and it keeps you full. I don’t feel it wastes so much of the veggies like juicing but a vitamix still breaks the cell wall so you can get all the vitamins/minerals.
