1 cup wheatgrass
Pineapple (with skin)
1 inch fresh ginger
1 tablespoon Bee Pollen
1 banana (blend into liquid)
1 cup freshly made coconut milk (stir into liquid)
1. Juice wheatgrass in Omega juicer or any other juicer.
2. Juice 3 or 4 slices with skin (scrub before hand) ripe pineapple, ginger, and raw bee pollen for variety.
3. Add 1/2 banana and blend to create a smoothie/popsicles/sorbet and or freshly made coconut milk. Milk should be very dense so use less water when blending coconut meat to extract milk.
