Ingredients
4 ripe bananas
4 ripe organic kiwis (with peel but without the stem)
10 to 20 raw cacao beans (high amount of magnesia)
2 tablespoons agave or honey (optional)
1/2 to 1 cup coconut flakes (depends on your addiction to coconut taste)
2 tablespoons raw carob powder
700ml to 1 liter water
Recipe Directions
1. Wash the kiwi by rubbing them really good under water.
2. Put everything into a high speed blender, Bullet, Magix Maxx, or just process it with your hand blender (additional workout).

By RFA Hi. This is a amazing recipe I just invented today after my 10 km jogging action.
I strictly recommend to just use organic fruits. First of all, it's all about the frequency baby, but secondly because I am from time to time really lazy it is the best to deplug the stem of the kiwi and throw it in the high speed blender right away without peeling.
Note: most of the vitamins in fruits are directly underneath the peel.
