2 bananas (sliced)
¼ cup nuts and seeds (ground)
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
¼ cup walnuts (chopped)
5 dates (chopped)
Recipe Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!

such a good idea! thanks :) I havent had "cereal" in forever!! i made this with just the bananas, maple, and walnuts and put it in a bowl of almond nutmilk. it was really good and satisfied my hunger/sweet tooth!
