Recipe Directions

1. In a food processor, grind down 3 1/2 cups of the coconut flakes for 1 minute or less. It’s easy to over-process, and the result should be small grains (not powdery sludge).

2. Hand mix in the agave.

3. Form 1” balls (add extra agave if it doesn’t hold together).

4. Grind the remaining 1/2 cup of coconut flakes with the cinnamon and cacao until well mixed and roll the balls to coat them. Refrigerate (best made under 76 F).
