Recipe Directions

For Taco shells: process all ingredients til mixture is smooth. Place onto Teflex sheets in mini round “taco shells”. Dehydrate @ 105 over night, flip and cont. for a few more hours. I made mine thin taco shells…. you can make yours as thick as you want.

Salsa: Chop all ingredients and combine in a bowl and let marinate.

I made a pineapple/cilantro “cream” sauce with mine… added a mini romaine lettuce leaf, added sliced avo, topped with cilantro…ect.

pineapple/cilantro "cream"? what? tell me more, please!

OH i just took a basic "cream" recipe : 1 cup maca nuts, a lil cilantro, a lil pineapple and a lil water, pinch of salt..... blended it up in the vitamix.... and wala....
