1 cup butternut squash, cubbed
1 coconut meat
half a cup dried coconut
2 green onion, white part only
half a cup of raw almond meal
1/3 c coconut water
3 tablespoon flax seed, grounded
1/2 T salt
* Mango Kiwi Salsa
2 Mangos, cubbed
2 kiwi, peeled and cubed
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 Cup of cilantro, chopped
juice of 2 limes
1 tablespoon celery seed
For Taco shells: process all ingredients til mixture is smooth. Place onto Teflex sheets in mini round “taco shells”. Dehydrate @ 105 over night, flip and cont. for a few more hours. I made mine thin taco shells…. you can make yours as thick as you want.
Salsa: Chop all ingredients and combine in a bowl and let marinate.
I made a pineapple/cilantro “cream” sauce with mine… added a mini romaine lettuce leaf, added sliced avo, topped with cilantro…ect.
This recipe is wonderful, yet unlike anything i’ve ever made before. Enjoy!
