Dear Zhanna8,
You may grind the almonds into a fine powder, using either:
* A high power blender
* A coffee grinder
* A food processor

There are many variations but this is the one I use:
1/2 cup soaked almonds peeled.
Once dry - grind into a fine powder.
Add 1/2 cup spring water to blend - blend until creamy.
Chill for at least one hour before serving. Stir well
* You can add a little lemon juice for a tarter taste
* You can add a little raw honey or agave for a sweeter taste
