<p>I started reading about Raw Food a day before I joined this site. At first I took it slow but was interested in healing my bad back pain and a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia…</p> <p>UPDATE—> After excrutiating pain, I found out I have a broken rib on the right side of my back! I know this sounds crazy but I’m so glad it’s taken 10 weeks to figure out why my back is this way otherwise I wouldn’t have discovered the joy of raw foods!</p> <p>I’ve been 80% raw for two weeks now but today I am taking a 95% plunge to heal faster….</p>
