DRESSING: quarter tsp olive oil and 1 fresh lemon juice
Found in:

Recipe Directions

Finely chop the greens, half tomatoes, thinly slice and half onion, dice rest of ingredients to taste, add seeds and nuts, juice of 1 fresh lemon and quarter teaspoon olive oil, toss & ENJOY … and feel FABULOUS!

(On occasion I have added small portions raw grated butternut and sweetpotato and it makes for a lovely variation / addition to the salad)

This salad was the inception of my Fabulous Aunt Nellie - who lost weight, regained vitality, revitalized her skin, her health has inproved and she's a new person since being on this eating lifestyle!

The taste combination of this salad is truly a delight for the tastebuds!

This looks great! I'm always looking for nice salads that use stuff other than lettuce (not that lettuce isn't great... but...)
