Ingredients
1 eggplant (peeled, sliced thick length-wise)
2 tablespoons Bragg's liquid aminos
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Recipe Directions
1. Marinate eggplant steaks in Bragg's for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Dehydrate for 2-3 hours.
Serve/ enjoy!

goes well over a bed of wild rice or quinoa and 'roasted' veggies! also slathered in raw mushroom gravy, with a side of sprouted marinated mung beans...just some ideas!
