1 eggplant (peeled, sliced thick length-wise)
2 tablespoons Bragg's liquid aminos
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1. Marinate eggplant steaks in Bragg's for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Dehydrate for 2-3 hours.
