Ingredients
2 avocado
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup Italian black olives chopped
1 cup tomatoes
1 cup red bell pepper chopped
1 cup celery chopped
2 tablespoon fresh parsley
Recipe Directions
Put all ingrediants into a food processor and mince. Mash avocados. Mix all together .Serve with crackers from a dehydrator or whatever you wish.

I just made this and spread it on top of a plate of microgreens - I didn't have bell pepper, and I used Morroccan olives - It is sensational! Thank you :)
