8 cups hot water
1 tablespoon olive oil or oil of choice
1 bulb of garlic (peeled)
2 teaspoons ginger (ground)
1½ cups carrot and celery juice
2 tablespoons miso paste
1. Take all ingredients and blend well in a blender.

Okay, this recipe is originally supposed to be boiled, but I have always thought that herbs and other antibiotic foods have been more potent and effective when eaten raw.
So here is a now-raw immunity soup.
