Wow! I made the lemon cookies (I made mine a little sweeter) and had a little batter left, so I put it with fresh fruit for an amazing, rich, filling dessert/salad/snack that I now plan to take to a family potluck sometime! Sorry I don’t know how much fruit; I was just using the leftover batter I had.
