Yield
2 or 3 servings (There will be sauce and cheeze left over)
Ingredients
Nut Mixture:
1 cup of pecans coarsely chopped.
1 onion, coarsely chopped
pinch of salt
some braggs liquid aminos
Agave nectar to taste
Tomato Sauce:
1 red pepper, seeded and quartered
1 green pepper, seeded and quartered
1 tomato, quartered
pinch of salt
some garlic powder
Recipe Directions
Mix nut mixture together, put to the side.
In a food processor combine tomato mix. Process till smooth. Transfer to container and put aside. Process till smooth, and transfer to container.
In a small bowl mix together about 1/2 (or more) cup of the nut mixture, with 1/4 (more or less) cup of tomato sauce.
Top it off with the cashew (cheese) mixture.
Wrap it in large leaf (I like to use collard greens, brushed with some olive oil), and eat.
