Ingredients

juice of 2 apples
½ cup frozen pineapple
handful of walnuts
1 spoonful of cacao(optional)
½ teaspoon spirlina

Recipe Directions

I juiced 2 apples first. Then added all the ingredients in blender. I also added like a handful of ice. But that’s optional. just see what your mixture looks like. Seriously this is my favorite smoothie mixture ever. I’ve had it both ways with cacao and without and I love both!. I also add other supplements like crystal manna and MSM. You can make up your own little supplement mixture. This gives me lots of energy throughout my day. ENJOY!
