Caramel sauce is delightful drizzled over a raw cake, brownies, ice cream, fresh fruit, and on many other raw desserts - especially on top of bananas! This is perfect to use with a piping bag to pipe onto your favorite raw dessert. 

Caramel sauce will harden slightly when refrigerated, but if you let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature it'll soften up again.

It's a little on the thick side - feel free to add 1 tablespoon more water and blend again if you'd prefer it runnier.

Yummo !! This sauce is gorgeous. My consistency was not runny like a sauce. I have a Ninja But o wow just delicious. Served it with frozen bananas ;)

Used this in the raw apple pie recipe drizzle over the top or fold into the apple mixture this way when thawing it wont be too wet

Interesting! Maybe your dates were a bit dry and a titch more water would do the trick :)
