½ sweet potato (cubed)
½ pineapple (cubed)
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon nuts
1 tablespoon flax seed (ground)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Water or juice
1. Put everything in blender! Use any sweetener you like, and add as much water as you need for desired consistency.

I made up this breakfast for myself, after looking in the fridge at what I had.
You could also add spices like clove, nutmeg, and cardamom.
It’ll probably get harder when refrigerated, but I was hungry right away. ;9
