I made up this breakfast for myself, after looking in the fridge at what I had. You could also add spices like clove, nutmeg, and cardamom. It’ll probably get harder when refrigerated, but I was hungry right away. ;9

½ sweet potato (cubed)
½ pineapple (cubed)
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon nuts
1 tablespoon flax seed (ground)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Sweetener
Water or juice
Recipe Directions
1. Put everything in blender! Use any sweetener you like, and add as much water as you need for desired consistency.

This recipe was such a surprise! I had no idea what it would taste like. It's very delicious - almost tastes like thos apple-cinnamon instant oatmeal packets I used to get as a kid. It makes a lot, so what I didn't finish, I processed in my ice cream maker and saved for dessert! Thank you!
