I still haven't tried sweet potatoes raw! I have almost everything so I think I'm gonna try this one tonight! Sweet potatoes aren't starchy??

Very interesting recipe. Tastes great! Careful with the garlic, though. I like garlic and used 4 cloves as suggested, but it turned out to be too much.
