1. Blend well all ingredients in a Vitamix, or other high speed blender.

2. Serve immediately.

A sweet orange colored smoothie reminiscent of pumpkin pie.

Serve in cups decorated with pumpkin faces for a cute treat.

I used electrical tape for the pumpkin face.

Just made a little tweaked version of this for my 3 year old and he loves it. :-)

he_lives, I am using an organic spice mix I got from Whole Foods.

When making this, are we talking about using the powdered spices in a can, or the dried, whole seeds and such? If so, how well do those blend?
