1 chlorella or spirulina tablet
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup of cacao nibs or beans (for an extra boost)

I have never heard of spirulina tablets..where would I find these in a health food store?

Chlorella and spirulina are both available at the health food and natural food stores I frequent, even in my small town of 30,000. I seem to remember other people talking about buying them online. Sorry I can't point you to specific websites. Perhaps a Forum search on GoneRaw would yield some sites, or a Google search.

I believe that I can help you. First off do not buy the tablets at a health store. It costs way to much. I would order them online from www.ultimatesuperfoods.com

They have the best bulk prices I have ever seen. And all of their products that I have tasted so far are fantastic. You can get 1000 tablets for around $17.00 while at a health store you will only get 300 for the same price or even more pricey. Unfortunately since this place is a bulk distributor you need to spend at least $100. The good thing is that $100 of 5lb bags of superfoods will last you a very long time. If you think about it you will actually be saving your money in the end. I hope this helps!
