1 teaspoon spirulina
Kelp powder to taste
1 to 2 teaspoons ginger (ground)
Few dashes of garlic powder
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 sheets of nori
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Once everything is mixed evenly, add enough water to form a stiff dough.
3. Put a few big tablespoonfuls on a sheet of nori and spread around. I found the easiest way to do this was with a fork. Spread all the way to the edges.
4. Dehydrate until they reach your desired consistency. I dehydrated mine until they were crispy like crackers, but you could do more of a bread thing.
Note:
Amounts are approximate, I didn't do any measuring so feel free to experiment or ask questions and I'll try to be more specific.

I just got a dehyrdator for Christmas(yay) and I plan to play around with this recipce but it sounds good. I like the idea of using the Nori sheet as an outer layer, and think many flavors could be incorporated here!

These were allright, I put avocado and cucumber on top and it was good, I needed more seasoning in them though- but I will definitely try again!!

This sound really yummy! I adore any type of seaweed so I'm sure I'm going to love this! I'm all out of Spirulina though. Is there anything else I could use as I substitute?
